To fix your profile, remove reviews, or improve your local SEO, I need permission to work on your Google Business Profile.
"Think of it like giving a mechanic the keys to fix the engine. You still own the car, and you can take the keys back at any time."
Google created the "Manager" role specifically so business owners can get professional help without giving up control of their company. Here is exactly what the Manager role does according to Google's strict security policies:
It takes less than two minutes from a computer. Please make sure you are signed into the Google (Gmail) account that originally verified the business.
Email to copy and paste:
Sign into Google. Go to business.google.com or simply search for your exact business name on Google Search to open your Business Profile management panel.
Click the three little dots (More) located on your dashboard, then click Business Profile settings, and select People and access.
Click the Add button. Paste the email address provided above (SeerLocal7@gmail.com) into the search bar.
Under the "Access" dropdown, make sure you choose Manager. Do not select Owner.
Click Invite. I will get an email notification immediately. Once I click accept, I can begin working on fixing your online presence.
This almost always means you are currently signed into a personal Google account instead of the official Owner account, or you are looking at the public listing instead of the management panel. You must be signed in as the Owner to invite a Manager.
Do not just take my word for it. You can verify everything I stated above by reading Google's official support documentation regarding ownership, permissions, and security directly from the source.
To remove me later: Simply go back to People and access, click my name, and click Remove person. Your business remains yours.
