We optimize your Google Business Profile so you rank when locals search for your services, then pair that with operational consulting so the extra traffic turns into customers. Local SEO is not magic. It is tedious, manual work most owners do not have time to do.
Local SEO is consistency, authority, and the fundamentals most owners are too busy to handle.
It starts with a deep-dive consultation. We review your current presence and pinpoint where you are losing searches. We will show you exactly how to improve your reputation and rank, for free.
"If you have the time to do it yourself, I'll show you how. If you'd rather focus on running your business, my team will take care of everything for you."
We find the high-value keywords your local competitors are already ranking for.
We fix broken links, bad data, and inconsistent information scattered across the web.
Google favors active businesses. We write and post weekly updates for you.
We secure relevant links so Google treats your business as a trusted local result.
We did not invent a labor estimate and then build a price around it. We handed an advanced AI our full task schedule, directory checklist, and the tools required to complete the work, then asked two questions: how many hours does this workload actually take per location, and what would a typical agency charge for it?
The model’s answer was 10 to 18 hours of manual labor per location, with a market price of $1,000–$2,500 for the setup and $1,000–$1,500 a month to maintain it. Those figures come from the AI’s review of the work, not from a number we chose in advance.
What Standard Agencies Charge
Labor Estimate:
10–18 hours / location
One-Time Foundation Sprint:
$1,000 – $2,500
Ongoing Monthly Retainer:
$1,000 – $1,500 / month
Why so expensive? The AI attributed that range to claiming, verifying, and optimizing Apple Business, Google, Bing, and dozens of data aggregators. That is the work it estimated at up to 18 hours per location.

Claiming and optimizing Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, and Bing Places. We fill out services, hours, and attributes, and handle video or phone verification. We also submit geocodes and entrance pins to in-car navigation systems (HERE Map Creator, TomTom MapShare).
We work from a growing list of 60+ US citation sources, including Data Axle, Foursquare, Yelp, Nextdoor, BBB, Yellow Pages, and Angi. Not every source fits every business, so an auto shop is not submitted to directories that only apply to restaurants or medical practices. We submit your business to the sources that match your category, and we keep your name, address, and phone (NAP) identical on each one so the listings do not split your authority.
We set up expert profiles for the owner or lead technician on platforms like Qwoted and Featured so later outreach has somewhere to land.
Google's local pack favors active profiles. Community edits and aggregators can also overwrite live data if nobody is watching.
We respond to positive reviews with service and location language, and handle negative ones professionally.
We publish 1–2 posts and upload real photos. Active profiles tend to earn more calls and direction requests.
We check GBP, Apple, Bing, and Yelp for rogue edits, overwrites, or status changes.
We scan PR platforms for relevant queries and update holiday hours before customers hit a closed door.
The directory build is the foundation. Option B also includes the ongoing work below.
We look at local search volume and competition so the profile targets the terms customers actually type.
We write updates and post them to your Google profile so the listing does not go quiet.
We pursue relevant links, including trusted local and industry sources, to support the profile’s authority.
We connect Search Console and Analytics so you can see queries, clicks, and whether the work is showing up.
Broken links and mismatched name, address, or phone records get corrected so the entity does not split.
The work is aimed at people searching nearby and ready to call, not generic national traffic.
To do this work we need access to your Google Business Profile. We only ask for Manager access. That lets us update the listing, and it does not let us delete the profile or remove you as the owner.
See Instructions To Safely Grant AccessThe foundation is set quickly. Map-pack movement usually needs a few months of consistent activity after that.
We clean the listing, finish the directory build, and fix the obvious data conflicts.
Weekly posts and review activity start to show. Map-pack movement and more calls usually appear in this window, not in week one.
Consistent citations, reviews, and posts are what keep a listing from sliding back after the setup is done.
